I feel so fortunate to have been recognized. How lucky am I to write about something that I am passionate about and then, have people actually want to read it and tell me it’s good?

I do not post lightly and spend hours each night on them. Knowing that others appreciate this effort makes me incredibly happy and the endeavor worthwhile.

It is my intent to write posts thanking each person who nominated me, however, in crafting these posts I am having a hard time putting together the “things about me”. In my first post accepting an award, An Award? Moi?, I mentioned it because it was a struggle and I wasn’t saying that to be self-deprecating; I just don’t want to bore anyone!!
